As we step into the early days of August, we are thrilled to present the latest advancements in the rejuvenation of Leopard’s Chase Golf Club. Our course has undergone a remarkable transformation, shifting from L93 bentgrass to the exquisite TifEagle ultradwarf Bermudagrass.
In alignment with our unwavering commitment to providing an extraordinary golfing encounter, we temporarily closed the course at the beginning of July to initiate the revitalization process. Over the past month, the conversion to TifEagle Bermudagrass has been in full swing, and we are delighted to confirm that everything is proceeding smoothly for an impressive reopening.
Our dedicated team has put in strenuous efforts, leaving no stone unturned to ensure perfection in every aspect, and we are now nearing the final phases of the refurbishment. The TifEagle sprigs were successfully established by mid-July, and they have been flourishing under the warm climate, promising outstanding playing conditions throughout the year.
With the approach of early September, we are thrilled to declare that our much-anticipated reopening is just on the horizon. Favorable weather conditions have been on our side, enabling us to progress steadily with the restoration. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you again to the newly renewed Leopard’s Chase Golf Club.
Since our inauguration in 2007, we have taken immense pride in being counted among the premier courses on the Grand Strand.
