Open House Event
The Ridge Center & Campus, soon to be the central hub of our community, promises to be a space where leisure, activity, and natural beauty converge. On November 9th, we celebrated a milestone in this journey with an open house event held at the Plantation Club. Over 200 residents gathered for a sneak peek of what was coming.
Attendees had the opportunity to:
- Visualize the future of The Ridge Center through presentations on the planned colors, textures, and finishes.
- Learn about the location and features of this new amenity and other enhancements across the property.
- Engage with the Committee members, raising questions and suggestions.
Progress and What Lies Ahead
The development of The Ridge Center & Campus is progressing steadily. Key updates include:
- Completion of storm drainage systems.
- Ongoing installation of water lines, sewer lines, and electrical conduits.
- Planned commencement of stone base for access roads.
- Installation of a temporary stone access road from Summerhill Glen.
We’re also excited about the upcoming developments:
- Finalization of the remaining utilities.
- Installation of concrete footings and underground plumbing.
- The pool area and Pickleball courts are expected to be completed around May 2024.
- Planned building and campus completion by late Fall 2024.
