Ocean Ridge Plantation

Barrington Place South Open House

October 16–18 & 23–25, 2026  ·  12–5pm daily

Alongside the Brunswick County Parade of Homes 2026

The countdown is on! The Brunswick County Parade of Homes kicks off October 16, and our doors at Barrington Place South will be open right alongside it. This is your chance to walk the last 18 golf-front homesites in the neighborhood, take in the fairway views at Ocean Ridge Plantation, and picture exactly where your new home could sit. Come out for an afternoon, bring every question you’ve got, and get a real feel for everyday life here.

  • Walk the homesites: See the final 18 golf-front homesites in person while they’re still available.
  • Talk with a broker: Our team is on-site all weekend with answers on homesites, builders and pricing.
  • Make a day of it: Explore the amenities and book a private tour of the community.

When:  Friday–Sunday, Oct 16–18 & Oct 23–25 · 12–5pm

Where:  Check in at our Sales Center, 53 Ocean Ridge Parkway SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. We’ll get you oriented and send you off with a goodie bag.
